Preheat the oven to 375F.
Use parchement paper to line a baking sheet, or lightly grease.
In a large bowl, add butter and sugars. Cream together with a mixer until light.
Blend in the egg, orange zest, and orange juice concentrate.
In a seperate bowl, put in the flour, baking powder, baking soda, cloves, and salt. gently mix until combined.
Slowly add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until well blended.
Fold in the cranberries with a spoon.
Using a scoop or spoon, drop rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheet.
Bake until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes.
Move from cookie sheet to a cooling rack to cool completley.
